Shuttering Sheets are the main supporting components in formwork systems for the construction of slabs, beams, etc.

H Frames

STANDARD SIZE: 2000mm x 1000mm
H-frames are made out of 2 vertical tubes and 2 horizontal tubes of 42ϕ/48ϕ respectively. The lock pins of 5/8 round rods are provided on vertical members to facilitate the interlocking of cross braces. Spigots are provided on the top/bottom to facilitate easy assembly of frames.

Standard Cuplocks

VERTICALS
The verticals are of medium class conforming to IS 1161/1239.Vertical Members are available in lengths of 3m, 2.5m, 2.0m, 1.5m& 1m. Cups are generally provided at 500mm c/c or 1000mm c/c. The stagnant bottom welded cups are made from a forged high-quality steel; while the movable top cups are made from malleable cast iron. Spigots of 150mm length are usually provided to ease the process of assembly. We also do provide 2, 3 and 6 cups for every 3m verticals as per customer requirements.

CUPLOCK LEDGER PLATE / HORIZONTALS
The horizontals are made out of 50mm tube of medium/light strength conforming to IS 1161 / 1239; with forged end blades welded at both ends. Standard sizes available are 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.5m.

Accrow Spans

Adjustable Accrow Spans are widely used for self-supporting runners.
